OK, so if you found this Project Payday Review more than likely you’ve had someone tell you that this system will show you how to make honest money online. But, What is Project Payday and is it a scam or is it legit?

That is exactly what this honest review is gonna answer for you, starting now!

Basically PPD is a way to make money online by simply filling out free offer forms and get paid an x amount of dollars by the company offering the promotional event.

Or better known as CPA marketing.Project Payday Research Review

So that answers the what PPD is now what about it being a scam or not.

Can you really make money using these “Training Methods”?

And if so how much?

Well that is what this Review is all about.

The complete and utter truth about this system, from what it is,to if it’s a scam or not, and proof from interviews with past members and present members (my self included) regarding if it made them money or not.

Oh, and lets not forget the BBB (Better Business Bureau) complaints.

So shall we get to it then ?

What Is Project Payday

Now this is a question best answered by only someone that has used this product/system for generating an online income.

Who is that you ask?

Well, Me of course, silly!Project Payday

I am just one of many that have (Pardon the expression) Hit it and quit it with this system.

More on why in a bit.

PPD,  according to the BBB, was launched in April of 2006 and goes by many different names.

Such as Project llc, Oceanside Ten Management inc, and Daily Dollar Dash.

Essentially, this online money making system is a “Biz Opp” that shows you how to get paid for leads that you refer to one of the many companies that’s in cahoots with them.

To break this down in laymen terms, they show you how to make money from the free trial kind of offer forms that say things like, “Get $250 for free”, “Win a free HD TV” and all you have to do is get five more people to sign up.

This is what you will learn to do :
1)  How to get paid filling them out yourself (CPA Offers)

2) How to refer people to fill out these CPA (cost per action) forms for you and you reap the rewards.

This is known as “Task Based Compensation”.

Which usually only pays you a few bucks for each action/task that you complete and in some instances you will have to pay out money so that you are eligible to participate in the offer.

Project Payday Pros and Cons

Let me first start out here with the benefits of buying your way into this CPA referral system.

  • Can make money by using this system
  • 60 day money back guarantee
  • can join for free if you can find free offers to sign up for
  • offers 1-on-1 couching callsWhat Is Project Payday
  • can potentially get high dollar electronics for 1/4 of it’s actual price
  • earn $1.50-$5.00 per lead as an affiliate

  • System borderlines legal
  • have to give out your credit card number which can lead to being scammed
  • can loose money if trial offers are not cancelled
  • some of the companies that work with PPD are not legit
  • training up-sells
  • must fill out 2 CPA offers to join for free (most you have to pay for)
  • Pay out is not worth the effort
  • several BBB complaints
  • member testimonials on sales page are actors
  • If you cancel free offers to soon you do not get credited (paid) for that action

Project Payday Referral Program

Real quick here is how it works !

You can sign up to this program as just an affiliate and do not actually have to participate in the fashion that this company teaches you to make money.

Which means you skip having to fill out pesky trial offer forms and move straight to referring people to them for a commission.

So what does this mean in terms of earning money ?Project Payday System Review

Well, if you ask me it is the best part of this money making system and can be just as profitable for you if you know how to run a successful affiliate campaign.

All you have to do is get people to go to the sales page and put in their email address and name.

They don’t even have to buy anything just put in their information.

Simple right ?

Yep, and for each person you get to do this you will get $1.50 starting out and then if your referrals start buying or you have a high volume of folks signing up under your referral link, you can get up to $5.00 per (sign up) lead.

That is not including the commissions you get if someone buys into this program.

Project Payday Training Methods

Before you will be allowed to start making money or “Going Green” as PPD calls it you will have to complete a CPA offer of your own and also sign up for one of their recommended forums.

The forums that you will be registering for are full of others like you that are looking to either pay people to complete offers or are looking for a fellow members that are selling offers.

You learn how to do this in their training which is broke down into three levels called Methods and you will have to complete them in order of 1-3.

Which means method three is going to be the most lucrative of them all.

To better help you understand exactly what it is you will be learning I will break down these “methods” for you in the order that you will have to tackle them.

Method 1-  This is where all members start from and is also where you have to fill out one of the qualifying trial offers so that you can get started selling your services.

Which is referred to as “trading” your services.

You will start out as the one filling out these free offer/trial forms (a referral) and get paid a portion of another member’s (buyer) commission when all the tasks are met for that introductory offer.

But before you get to that you have to sign up to the sites of the buyer and exchange information to establishDoes Project Payday Work a trade agreement using the in house tool trade management tool that you get as a resource when you join.

After you have the details of the agreement ironed out the seller will send you their referral link to the offer you are to complete.

There is a rather frustrating process of clearing your browser cache before you can get started and after the offer is completed.

Method 2 There is a lot more money to be made here because this is where you become the “buyer” and start dishing out your referral link to others.

In this step you learn how to find these CPA offers and how to get paid by referring others to fill them out for you.In other words, lets say you found as referral site offering 300 bucks for 10 referrals.

Than you would go to one of the recommended forums, find 10 people to give your referral link to and pay them $15 a piece for completing the offer.

That would leave you $150 to put in your pocket as long as your referrals don’t cancel their trial offer too soon.

Method 3 Much like method 2 in regards to paying referrals to complete offers only you will be getting high end electronics instead of money when they complete them.

According to Project Payday research this is a much more lucrative opportunity because you can sell these electronics for top dollar and come out making more money after you pay your referrals.

Which yes this could very well be but in order for this to work you would need to know where to sell them at or have a store of your own to sell them in.

If you are using this system to make money with than you probably don’t have a store of your own but if you knew how you could sell them on eBay.

Project Payday Review

So you can either pay $34.95 a month or fill out 2 free offers to become a member and learn how to trade your way into making money.

However, all the free offers that I found where not at all free and most had so many restrictions to them that I gave up trying and just bought my way in.

Now I did this because of two guarantees that are offered on the sales page.

  • money back guarantee
  • guaranteed to make first $50 or they will give me $100

project payday research

This is where the BBB complaints come into this Review because like I feared when I signed up none of these offers are honored to any respectable degree.

I did however make money with these methods but I did not make the $50 like they had promised.

So I sent an email to them to get my 100 bucks.

Which might I add I still years later have not seen.

According to the 39 BBB complaints this was a common issue along with not refunding money back and a few about fraud.

Also from an email I received from BBB, regarding the A+ rating that PPD has, is only based on the complaints that have been filed and if they were resolved.

Meaning that unless people come forward they will maintain that rating.

Is Project Payday legit or not

None the less they have an A+ rating according to the BBB but there are a few things about this process that can land you in hot water as far as your finances and credit rating are concerned.

Possibly even legal trouble.

1)  You are going to have to give out your credit card number to every Tom, Dick, and Harry to be eligible to complete these offers and lets just say that some of these offers come from some pretty shady companies.

2)  As with these Trail offers and offers of that nature you will have to ensure that you cancel them before time is up or that credit card you put in is going to start getting charged every month without an option of a refund.

3)  If you cancel the trial offers too soon than you will loose out on your referral pay or have to give back what you did get.

4)  It is borderline of being illegal because you are basically stealing money from that companies affiliate program by hiring other people to complete the actions/tasks.

Not to mention that it violates the Terms of Service of almost all affiliate programs.

Is Project Payday A ScamCan you make money following these training methods?

Absolutely, but at what cost to you personally, and if you are willing to put in that much time and effort then you might as well direct it towards something of sustenance.

Something like starting your own online business which will leave you generating an HONEST online income time and time again.

Maybe it’s just me but I definitely pick the latter of the two for making money online because I personally like money and like knowing that I can make it on a regular basis.

I will leave you to determine if this money making option is right for you but if you’re willing to work this hard than I suggest finding something that will lead to a much more lucrative payday.

Hopefully this Project Payday Review helped answer questions like What is Project Payday and Does PPD Really Work. More importantly, I hope I was able to provide you with the information you needed for determining if the Project Payday System is a scam or not.

Until Next Time………….Thanks for Reading

Thank you for your honest review of Project Payday. I’ve become tired of seeing the same rehearsed reviews about those who are just making “so much money”! I tried PPD about a year ago and didn’t like that my credit card was needed, that (knowing what CPA is because I’ve tried paid to click), I knew once I realized it was about ‘offers and recruiting’ I was turned off. If the site advertised the actions as they are, it would be fine, but they deceive you into thinking that the money comes from posting ads. Thanks again for being honest, the average person just wants to make money.

  2. Jason

    That is correct Neil,

I also have a page here that will tell folks the same. 60 day money back guarantees should be approached with caution because it is a scam warning sign.

There is in my opinion a slight value to Project Payday but that is a minuet portion of it.

It’s good to hear that you have found something that works for you and I wish you all the best with it.

    Thanks for stopping by,

  3. Jason

    Howdy Kristina,
It does make more since that they should create a program people will continue to buy year after year as well as continually use after buying.

Seems to me they would make more money that way.

Don’t guess it really matters to they being that they have the same program just with a different name ready to take they place of any that get shut down for being a scam.

Project Payday is one of them that goes by many different names. They call it good marketing but I just think it is down right suspicious.

To each his own I suppose.

    Thanks again for coming out,

  4. Jason

Thanks Amanda for letting your voice be heard.

I agree 100% no one should ever give out there credit information to anyone especially a site that you do not have complete faith in.

However there are some folks doing fairly well money wise with this program and it does pay pretty good if you are one of their affiliates.

Those that chose to become a PPD affiliate do not have to actually become a member of their way of making money online.
Good luck to you Amanda and I’m glad this helped.

    Hello, Jason.

The name of this program sounds very scammy to begin with and “project payday” sets off alarm bells ringing in my head.

I always stay away from anything that offers a 60 day back money guarantee any way because it’s a tell tale sign of a scam in my eyes. After reading your review, I see no value in this product at all and I’m just glad I’m part of a legitimate training platform and community that are helping me to succeed online.

Thanks for an indepth review on this product.

  6. Amanda

That is a very helpful Project Payday review! I am always looking for ways to make more money online, but this seems off to me. I Never give anyone my credit card number until I have proven trust with them. I am glad you spelled it out. I feel like if you don’t create a business that can be continuous, you will not come out on top.

  7. Kristina

Another good post! All these scam programs are so irritating, wish they would spend their time on making good, honest programs instead! Thanks for the warning about Project Payday, Kristina

    Hi Jason,
Great review of another company to put in the “This Is A Scam List”. Based on the ways to make money and the shady behavior of the affiliates and lack of honesty with Project Payday’s money back guarantee, I can’t see how anyone would ever want to work with this company let alone refer friends or others to Project Payday. Thanks for the heads up on this company.
    Good Work!

  9. Jason

Thank you for your kind words Angie,

Yes it is a shame that operations like this are allowed to exists in this day and age but they do and for that reason I try to do what I can to combat in this battle of trickery and schemes by giving those who find me the truth about these type of programs.

I just hope that I am able to help before to many more get suckered in and loose their savings.

Glad you enjoyed it and thanks sharing your thoughts.

  10. Angie

I hate that! It’s legitimate enough to not call it a scam, but just all around fishy and misleading. I’ve run into a few programs like this, but mostly I’ve just run into those “offers” where you have to refer 5 people in order to get anything. Nothing of value, really, and it’s just a waste of time. Sounds like this program is just that, a waste of time.

Your article isn’t though. Nicely written, and I enjoyed the read! Cheers.

  11. Jason

    Hey Kyle,
Thanks for weighing in on the topic of PPD and yeah I would have to agree that this is not the way to ease your financial situation.

It is companies and programs like these that make it hard for the rest of us that just want to help others discover legitimate programs for earning a living. That just flat out gives this industry a bad name.

The sad truth is that even if they do get the doors closed on them they just change there name and start luring folks back in with the promises of fast cash.

Glad you stopped by and thanks for reading,

  12. Jason

You are right about that 1.

Wealthy Affiliate is a much better way to learn the online money making process.

I’m glad you liked this review however I have a feeling that it is going to make a few PPD members a bit angry.

But the facts are the facts and that’s what I base my reviews on, not just my opinion.

  13. Jason

    Hello Steve,
Thank you for leaving your experience for others to know that this is not a one time scenario.

Like you I felt bad about the way I was making the little money I was and It just wasn’t worth 1) the effort or 2) the shady way I was doing it.

    Thanks again for your insight,

  14. Kyle

The one big problem with the Project Payday program is that you are not really creating a business. As soon as you enter into this program (whether free or paid), you are going to be “scheming” to try to make a few bucks. Very few people actually do and if you are looking to earn a consistent income, think again. This is absolutely not the path.

Low Grade programs like this continue to pop-up and you have definitely done a thorough job of exposing yet another scam. The complaints speak volumes about the quality of the PP program.

  15. Dennis

Thanks for this helpful and informative review. You come at it very intelligently and from all angles and I appreciate that. After reading your review I am definitely not going to try Project Payday! Wealthy Affiliate seems like the best :)

  16. Steve

I tried Project Payday years ago. I made money once by filling out offers but got burned on few for returning some things by the deadline. Most of the free offers can only be done once and to really start to make money, you have to start paying others to do offers.
I don’t like the idea of doing an offer just to get paid knowing you’re not planning to even try the product. It seems a bit unethical to me.
