Hempworx MLM Review
It comes at no surprise why MLM programs that are selling Hemp CBD Oil infused products are becoming so popular, but in this Hempworx MLM Review, we’ll crack the seed of this CBD Oil seller and have a look inside to see if we should avoid this Hempworx Scam or Legitimately Embrace This Income Earning Bizopp High.
If you have done any other research into this Multi Level Marketing Opportunity than you are well aware of just how confusing it is to understand the money making potential this program does or doesn’t have.
Which brings me to the other side of this HempWORX.Com Affiliate/MLM Review coin – The Hempworx Compensation Plan and making sense of how you make money as an affiliate.
Before we get to all of that jazz, lets take a quick peek at a bit of background info on the who and what of these rapidly rising CBD Oil and cream providers.
What Is HempWorx
Now if you’ve bought any products like HW (Hempworx.com) sell on their website than you more than likely you have landed on their parent site called My Daily Choice.
MDC (MyDailyChoice) has been selling all kinds of pain and stress management products since their creation back in 2014 by co-founders Josh Zwagil and Jenna Zwagil.
HW, however, was launched in 2017 and claims to be in business to help others live Healthier, Wealthier, Lives.
As well as provide alternative means to help manage chronic pains and diseases with CBD based products instead of its modern chemical based counterparts.
As a matter of fact, that is the baseline for the story behind how the creators met and why this company was created in the first place.
Mrs. Zwagil suffered from an autoimmune disorder called Celiac Disease and while in the waiting room of her doctors office she read an article called “The Power Of Cannabis”.
Apparently, she ran out of the office after finishing said article, met her new hubby where she bought her liquefied CBD, and the rest is history or what is now the company you’re reading about here today.
What Is Hempworx CBD Oil Used For
The scientific name of CBD is Cannabidiol, one of many chemicals found in cannabis, but it is very different than the chemical/s that made those late night college cram sessions tolerable .
In layman’s terms its what gets boiled out of hemp leaves and seeds and has a much lower concentration of THC than that of an actual pot plant (aka marijuana).
To break it down ever further, for any of you “heads” out there that happen to stumble upon this review, CBD is not the same as THC and will not get you high.
CBD is solely for the medicinal purposes and is used to provide relief from such things as:
- decreases inflammation
- help manage chronic pain
- provide folks with relief from epilepsy, anxiety, diabetes and nervous system trauma and illnesses
- helps manage Bipolar disorder, dementia, and Alzheimer’s
Although helping folks does not seem to be the main focus of this company.
Instead they seem to be all about trying to grow their brand’s reach by concentrating on signing up as many new “affiliates” as possible.
Which they’re not having any trouble doing but at the same time affiliate marketing is not the business model that they are promoting through. (I’ll elaborate a bit more about that in just a sec)
The trouble doesn’t come until their “New Affiliates” try to make sense out of one of 2 things:
- If The Products They Sell Are Legal
- The Compensation Plan
Both of which you damn near need a college education to understand because neither one of these categories are clear cut and to the point.
But that’s what we hope to help you with so we’re gonna go ahead and get to it then.
Are Hempworx Affiliate Products Legal
All of the products that are sold by Josh and Jenna contain at least a trace amount of THC in them, .03% to be exact, but yet they still claim that it is 100% legal in all 50 states.
OK, so, in my younger years I’ve been to my fair share of parties and have had my fair share of run-ins with the law and while this doesn’t make me a lawyer – it does make me smart enough to know better.
What I know is this, Federal law and many states still classify marijuana as illegal, and from past experiences, I can tell you first hand that if it has THC in it – no matter the amount – can get your ass put in a 5×9 cage.
So to say it’s legal in all 50 states is quite the stretch and if you happen to be the poor affiliate that gets caught shipping it to a state where Marijuana/cannabis is illegal…
Well, I believe the legal term for that is “Drug Trafficking”!
Then again if you’re selling their products in a state you shouldn’t than it won’t be too much longer until a judge and jury make that decision for you.
If you don’t believe me than check out this article that discussing what the DEA states in regards to CBD Oils like the ones that are sold on Mr. and Mrs. Zwagil’s website.
However, Josh and Jenna Zwagil state this clearly in their products and procedures .pdf that you can find on either of their websites.
My Daily Choice/HempWorx Compensation Plan/Affiliate Program
Contrary to what Josh And Jenna say on Hempworx.com, they are not an affiliate marketing business model.
Instead they are operating as an MLM/Multi Level Marketing Business which you can easily see by just glancing at their 10 tier/10 level compensation plan.
See affiliate marketing does not require you to recruit more recruiters (a down line) – so to speak.
Likewise most legitimate affiliate marketing programs do not require you to buy the products before you are allowed to make money selling them.
All of that is known as an MLM (Multi Level Marketing) Program.
More commonly known as a pyramid scheme but just because it’s an MLM program does not necessarily mean it’s a scam.
I can tell you that I’ve been making a living online now for over 5 years and in all those years, this is by far, the most convoluted compensation plan I’ve ever come across.
Hell, it gives a whole new meaning to confusing because of the way it is rooted in what they call personal volume (PV) and business volume (BV).
I’m going to do my best to explain PV/BV as well as put you on to an easy to understand resource that I was able to find.
Well, that’s what I’m hoping for anyway.
The only thing that is plain and simple about this MLM program is that for 20 bucks they will let you be apart of this misnamed affiliate program.
That same $20 will also get you a prebuilt website, a few sales tracking tools, and some training on how to use it all.
So here we go!
HempWORX.Com Retail Customer Commissions (Affiliates & Preferred Customers)
Alight, so if you have ever sold Avon or remember the days of door to door Bible salesman than this part of its payment level is going to seem pretty familiar to you.
Basically it is the same thing and it is as close to actual affiliate marketing that this MDC spin off will get.
You buy a set amount of product at their reduced wholesale price – which is 25% less than their suggested retail price – then you turn around and sell them at that same suggested retail price.
The difference between the 2 prices is what you get to line your pockets with as your commission.
As long as you meet all the compensation requirements, that you agreed to when you sign up, you will get paid once a week (Thursdays) for the prior week of sales.
One of those requirements is having a personal volume of 40 which is why you have to buy affiliate reorders every month by the 25th in order to keep your affiliate status.
Another thing that is worthy of pointing out is preferred customer status and instead of getting paid money you get CBD products.
HempWorx.Com Jump Start Bonuses
This where the rank and BV starts to play a role in the amount of money you can make.
To be eligible for the Jump Start Bonuses you must buy in with the earlier discussed $20 and maintain a BV of at least 40.
You will also have to purchase the builder pack on a month to month basis and the affiliate reorders at least every 60 days so that you can keep your current rank with in the company.
As well as keep your downline team intact.
This is another commission that you can earn on a weekly basis.
There are of course a few requirements you must meet to do so but if you qualify than you can earn up to 85% of business volume as far as 10 levels/tiers deep.
But getting that 85% is going to take either a lot of luck or a lot of personal investment.
Admittedly, there is a lot I don’t know about the inner workings of this MLM CBD Business Opportunity, but in all fairness, I don’t think that most of the folks currently making money with it do either.
Hempworx Binary Plan
If you can make it this far, and have built an amazing team, than this is going to be quite lucrative for you.
Its different than your average tier structured MLM and according to the claims made on the MyDailyChoice And Hempworx website it is also the most aggressive binary earning program in the industry.
Instead of it paying out 10 levels deep, the Binary Plan can will pay you for an infinite leg depth.
The legs are essentially the same thing as what the levels are in jump start but the legs of binary can all work together as a team.
Unlike the 85% BV commissions with the jump start bonuses- Binary gives you up to 20%- but if you have an entire village worth of an actively earning affiliate team than you stand to make more money than you know what to do with.
Because you could earn up to a cool mil a month if you achieve all that is asked of you.
The requirements are a bit stiffer than those of all the other potential earning platforms that Mrs. Jenna And Mr. Josh have provided.
Binary eligibility is based off of a few things – one of those being that you keep a 40 BV in personal enrolled volume along with maintaining a 90 BV of personally enrolled volume in both legs (right and left).
In other words, there needs to be people in both legs, that you have personally recruited, that have bought 90 BV worth of personal product.
Which is why it would behoove you to do all that you can to share your knowledge of successful endeavors as well as show them how to do it so you all can keep in this binary earning game.
The more they sell… the more BV you earn, and in this compensation plan, BV (Business Volume) equals BM (BIG Money).
However, the eligibility requirements don’t stop there.
You will also need to meet a minimum standard of 300 BV in the lesser leg.
What makes this so much different than others like it is that any extra or left over BV from the minimum standard of 300 will rollover to the next month.
It makes a world of difference starting from 20 or 30 BV than it does from 0.
If you play well with others, and meet the other requirements I have listed here, than you and your team will all benefit because this will help your entire team cash in on the benefit of this binary tree.
Now if I have lost anyone explaining this, other than myself, I will be happy to try and explain it differently to you. Just reach out in the comments below and we will find a solution together if I don’t already know the answer.
What Does PV Mean In The HempWORX.Com Compensation Plan
PV or also known as personal volume is the total $ amount of business volume that you have bought personally.
Or in other words it the grand total sum of what you have paid to keep yourself in the MDC affiliate earnings race.
Unfortunately, there it’s required of you to have and maintain this stat every month.
As you have noticed above, some require both a set business volume and personal volume to keep your eligible affiliate status of this business in a box.
As a way to help you not forget about hitting this requirement every month, there’s an option of enrolling in auto reorder, which will also help you rise thru the ranks of My Daily Choice’s Sister Site.
Just be sure to keep up with whats what because PV is something you’ll have to have, on top of all of your other business expenses, to make it with this convoluted MLM commission plan.
I don’t know about the rest of you but this is getting to be too much for me but then again I’m used to making my living with good old fashion online affiliate marketing.

What Does Hempworx BV Mean
This is where all the confusion starts for people that are looking to make money off of Josh and Jenna’s MLM program.
The abbreviation BV is splattered every where inside of the compensation guidelines but basically BV (Business Volume) is just the dollar amount, added together, of all the products that you and your down line have sold.
Depending on what commission platform you’re enrolled in will determine whether this sum is the total of either:
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
However, the BV (Business Volume) will also determine what rank you can hold as well as how much money you can make off of their CBD Oils and creams – that is where all of the confusion comes from.
Which is probably why they’ve added, in their income disclosure form, that “affiliate” expenses may include you having to buy $100’s if not $1000’s worth of their products personally.
I get that you have to spend money to make money but that is a bit ridiculous.
Here have a look for yourself!
Is Hempworx A Scam Or Legit MLM Business Opportunity
Granted they do make things rather confusing to understand and they have a boat load of requirements that you have to meet in order to get paid every week or every month but…
If you can get past all of that or at least get a decent understanding of what is expected of you and your downline than you can most definitely make some money from it.
So, no, it is not a scam but it does come with an epicly high fail rate among most that try it.
In fact it is something like 95% and on top of that the chance of earning a million – or what they refer to as a Super Affiliate – has only ever been done by one person.
Its one of those matters of perception – Is the glass half full or is it half empty?
If you see it as half full than just be careful that your ambition doesn’t start writing checks that your bank will refuse to cash.
Above all else though do yourself a favor and check your local laws before you commit any resources to this legitimate MLM business Opportunity because just because it is legal in Texas (Where They Are Based) does not mean it legal where you live.
After all it is still against Federal Law to sell or distribute any kind of illegal substance.
If you are still wanting to see more about it compensation plan than check out this YouTube video. It’s made the most sense out of anything else I was able to find about it.
